iOS 18.4.1 — Translate app dictionary cannot select words

After updating to iOS 18.4.1, the Dictionary function in the Translate app is stuck on selection of the first word in the translated text. It doesn't respond to tapping on other words. I've tried closing and reopening the app, and power cycling the phone, with no success. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
