iMessage Not Connecting to My Phone Number

I hope this message finds you well. I am having an issue with my iMessage service — it is not connecting to my phone number. I have tried restarting my device, checking my settings, and signing out and back into my Apple ID, but the issue still persists.
Could you please help me activate iMessage with my phone number or let me know what else I can try?
