Scam purchases appearing from Apple Store CA??
Text message saying my account has suspicious purchase. I don’t even have an Apple Store CA account!

Yep, any such message is a scam. In most likely also has a phone number that it wants you to call and give them your personal information. Don't do that! Just by calling the number will let them know that you may be susceptible to believing what they say and you will get even more of those types of messages.
