I used to be able to put my apps in my hidden album, like where you slide all the way to the right and it's an app library, all the way on the bottom on the right of your app library used to be a hidden folder. But now it's just an empty space. and i can't even put face id on any of my apps.

How young? If you're under 13 and in a Family Sharing group, you won't have access to that feature.

What happens when you press and hold on an App to bring up the menu? Is there no "Require Face ID" option?
When you tap on Require Face ID, it should bring up a second menu with the Hide & Require Face ID option, does that not appear?
