How can I access hidden apps on iPhone 11 without Face ID?

I have an Iphone 11 with IOS 18.3. My face ID is off because I dropped my phone but I was still able to hid some apps on the hidden folder. Earlier I planned to hide another app but it says “Could Not Authenticate. Only the device owner may enable Require Face ID for and app. Require face ID was not enabled.” then I checked my hidden folder immediately, and it won’t open. It doesn’t give any respond when I click on it. How can I fix this??

You MUST have Face ID in order to view hidden apps. If your iPhone's Face ID is not functioning, then you need to have your phone fixed, which almost always requires paying Apple to replace the screen on your iPhone.

It was working just fine before, I can access it with passcode. But now it suddenly not working anymore so I can’t access the apps that I hid 😭 I guess I do need to fix my Face ID. Another question, if I don’t fix my Face ID but buy a new phone and log in with the same apple ID, would the apps be there too?? Thank you so much for the reply by the way 🙏🏻
