When using the youtube app, I got a pop-up that my iphone storage is almost full, but it wasn't. I didn't click on the pop-up and deleted the app for now. Do I need to be worried that my phone got hacked or something like that?

It's more likely a Phishing message, from whoever posted the YouTube video who is paid to send something like that. Had you clicked on the popup, it would have tried to get you to pay for some useless tool, which might pretend to clear storage on your iPhone. It's good that you didn't tap on the popup.
