Nope, nothing to worry about. You are fine. Your phone is not going to be hacked by tapping a link and being redirected to a website. The only time that would be problematic is if you were directed to a "fake" website and you entered your account information because you thought it was legitimate. That would compromise the account you entered, but not your phone.

I backed out immediately but now im worried that my phone could possibly be hacked/compromised?
