How can I resolve low volume on iPhone 16 Pro?

Have you tried turning off Attention Aware features? Attention Aware is a feature that will see if you are looking at your iPhone and if so, lowering the volume. You can turn that off in Settings > Face ID and Passcode > Attention Aware.
