Why is there a $3.38 credit card transaction in my Apple Account?

I have a charge of $3.38 on my Visa credit card. For your information, I have no Apple products whatsoever, no services either.

What to think of that ?

It may be the case that your card number has been compromised. This happens frequently when the physical card is used on a terminal that someone installed a skimmer to read your card details. Most common at fuel stations and ATM's where the scammer has all night to tamper with the terminal and little interruptions. Contact your bank to dispute the charge and they will most likely issue you a new one as well.
