Why is there a $3.38 credit card transaction in my Apple Account?
I have a charge of $3.38 on my Visa credit card. For your information, I have no Apple products whatsoever, no services either.
What to think of that ?

It may be the case that your card number has been compromised. This happens frequently when the physical card is used on a terminal that someone installed a skimmer to read your card details. Most common at fuel stations and ATM's where the scammer has all night to tamper with the terminal and little interruptions. Contact your bank to dispute the charge and they will most likely issue you a new one as well.

Yes, Jim is correct, your card was either skimmed at an ATM, merchant terminal or involved in a data breach. The scammers then used the card to make purchases from Apple.
I go to only one ATM and I always check carefully. The card isn't used online. Could that be a mistake by someone that entered the wrong card number somewhere ?
To charge a card like this you cannot only with the number, right ? You need the CVV or any other form of identity ?
Is it an ATM card or debit card? They are two entirely different payment methods. Debit cards will have the name and logo for the Payment Network Operator (Visa, MasterCard, etc.). Does your card have a PNO logo on it?
It's a Credit Card not a Debit Card. It's VISA.
VISA Desjardins from Québec to be precise
Maybe,
What could possibly be $3.38 ?
