iPhone 13 keeps restarting after failed iTunes restore

After itunes restore attempt to knew iphone 13 and the restore crashing. the phone restarts, shows the logo for about 5 seconds. It then shuts downand restarts again. Cant stop the boot attemtp loop.

Make sure you have the latest updates installed.
