How can I get a refund from the App Store for purchases made on a deleted app?

Hi! I was wondering if anything could be done about an app that ive purchased many things on and the app is suddenly being deleted? But my purchases are from a while ago, can anything be done? I kinda don’t want all my money to go down the drain. Thank you!
