Hello everyone. I purchased iPhone 16 pro max desert titanium and the paint is coming off on the edges. It’s been a week since I am using it and it’s been in a case since the first day. Now i noticed that the paint came off the edges. It never fell or smth. Is there anyone who has encountered such a situation? Is it possible that the phone came like that?

If you’ve only had it a week, exchange it for another unit. It’s not normal and it’s not really repairable.

OK. I would hazard a guess the case you bought is rubbing against where you see the color issue. Who did you buy the phone from? Apple or an Apple Authorized Seller? If you bought it from Apple or an Authorized Seller, you could show it to Apple, but cosmetic issues are not covered under warranty.
What is the round opening at the top of your photo? I don't see anything like than on my iPhone 16 Pro Max.
