According to your system, the refund request made on April 30, 2025 has been marked as “Refunded”, but I have not received the funds in my bank account.
I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that no refund transaction has been received from Apple. The GPT Plus subscription was cancelled successfully, but the money has not been returned.
Could you please:
- Confirm the exact date and method the refund was processed?
- Provide any transaction or reference number related to the refund?
- Advise on what I should do next to resolve this issue?
