How do I resolve an unprocessed Apple refund after 7 months?

I had requested for a refund from apple a few months back and the refund process was seamless and took around 48 hours for my request to be approved and waited for a month for the money to be debited into my bank which is my only payment method on my apple id and I never received my money, nor does my bank have an idea of any refund money, what do I do cause it has been like over 7 months now

For apps and media you can sign into https://reportaproblem.apple.com to check if the status of your item is "Refunded".
