Why can’t I pin chats in WhatsApp anymore on my iPhone?

I’ve recently lost the ability to pin a chat in WhatsApp. Do you know how to fix this please?

WhatsApp 'connecting' issue on my iPhone 16 Pro Max Since i switched to iPhone 16 pro max, i am facing logging on to WhatsApp. It keep showing “connecting” and then after a very long time it connects and downloads messages.
