Hey thanks.
I found the page and my photo, but one problem: there's no choice button,I can only rotate or change the dimension of the actual one.
Still I have to set my recovery options for the account... Sigh...
Still not solved, cannot select a new photo or pic, just change the dimension of the actual one.
Are you in the Contacts app looking at your ME card?

Yes, the contacts is an Apple app. Ifs available on Mac, iPad and iPhone. You’ll be able to change photo, resize etc.
