After installing Cam720 app from App Store started getting 'Malicious website blocked' warning

installed the Cam720 and everytime I login to the app I get a Malicious Website blocked warning. Their support says that i need to add Cam720 to my list of trusted apps on my phone. why would i need to do this if Cam720 is on the iStore?

How do I resolve malware notices on iPhone without downloading apps? I keep getting notices that my phone is infected with viruses, but I can’t download any of the apps to fix it. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
