Why does my external HDD show content unavailable on iPad Air?

i buy new ipad air 11inch, when i connect my 5tb hdd through multiport connecter. The drive loads but only shows some content for other folders shows content unavailable. Please help me how to fix this problem

To be recognised by iPadOS, the attached HDD storage device must be formatted to FAT, FAT32, exFAT, APFS or HFS+ with a single partition. Microsoft NTFS and other proprietary drives formatting are not supported.
