How do I create a notes widget, I tried many times but nothing seems to work, I tried Changing the app to a widget but it doesn’t show a handle to make it larger, I have an iPhone 11 Pro running 18.5

This is made on iOS 18.4.1, I did not find any issue. Can you please clarify which step was a bottleneck for you.
I went through the process as you indicated, however, although I have the app, it doesn’t show on in the widget section, I submitted a screenshot of my results when I searched for it
