HomeKit automation for Apple TV Sleep (Turn off whole TV)

I want to make an automation - when I activate “Goodnight” scheme, which turns off all the lights in the apartment, so that I can also put Apple TV to sleep, which turns off the TV using HDMI CEC. But why couldn't Apple provide such an opportunity in a normal way, even though it would seem that the "ECOSYSTEM", which cannot be friendly with its own devices in logical scenarios. Because of the available functions that can be done in HomeKit with Apple TV - is to Pause playback, this is the maximum that Apple offers! But this is not what I need! At the same time, this is strange, because, firstly, Apple TV can be turned off via iPhone, and secondly, you can also create a COMMAND (Shortcut) that turns off Apple TV in one click, that is, this in turn can be done by “automation”, but not for HomeKit! What kind of "nonsense" is this? Therefore, I had to create a SEPARATE command(shortcut) with which I turn on the "Goodnight" automation + which puts the Apple TV to sleep (turns off the TV), and its activation takes more time than HomeKit automation! Why can't you add to HomeKit, in addition to Play/Pause for Apple TV, the logical one - Sleep/Wake? Why do I have to look for strange solutions to "make friendship for native devices" from the same company? If the solution is as simple as possible and lies on the surface?

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 18
