Why does YouTube say my iPhone storage is full?

When I open YouTube app a gray box pops up saying my iPhone storage is full. It has boxes that say ignore or fix. What is this? I only see it on YouTube app.

That is just an advertisement, and your storage isn't actually full. They are trying to either get you to purchase or install unnecessary software, or give your personal information away. Simply ignore and close out of it.

If you ever do get a storage full notification on iPhone, it will come from your Settings app.
