When I say Hello Siri Siri should open up with my voice. This is not the case it opens up with every member voice in my family.

No, LD150 is not wrong. Siri, on iPhone, has never been user specific. Siri cannot be trained to use one voice only. If your iPhone only responded to you previously, that was not how it is designed to work.
Siri has always reacted to any voice. Voice recognition has never been built in.
