How can I remap keys on MacBook Air for Logitech MX Keys S?

I bought a Logitech MX Keys S keyboard. The designer did a terrible job of placing the OPT|CTRL key. This makes it difficult to type Polish diacritical marks. Is it possible to change the key definitions on a MacBook Air? For example, to enter diacritical marks using CMD|ALT.

On the Apple Polish qwerty layout, diacritics are made with the option/alt key and shift, not cmd or control. Could you post a picture showing what the location problem is?

MacOS has settings that will let you have cmd or ctrl act as option/alt instead, if that helps.
