Can I pair my Apple Watch with a new iPhone without losing data?

I've lost my iPhone which is pairing with my Apple watch. I want to pair the apple watch with new phone but it requires unpairing with the old phone, or reset the watch and remove all contents. Is there any way the watch can pair with new phone but still keep the all the data. P/s: I lost all the data on the old phone, but some of them still on the apple watch so I want to keep those

Sorry, but the data on the Apple Watch can not be transferred directly to a new iPhone that has never been paired to the watch.

The backup of an Apple Watch is part of the iPhone backup. So in order not to lose data, you will have to have a recent backup of your old iPhone.

If you have, restore the new iPhone from the backup of the old iPhone, and then pair the watch to the new iPhone, which should give you the option to restore your watch from the backup that has been created when the watch has been unpaired from the old iPhone.
