How do I fix 'Now Playing' widget prioritizing Apple Watch content over iPhone on watch face?

Hello!

Ever since the latest update, my watch face's "Now Playing" widget doesn't show any information. Upon touching it, it wants to show the content from the watch (which doesn't exist), I have to scroll to iPhone below and then touch for the content. No way to have direct access to the songs playing on my iPhone as before.

This happens with all the Music apps on my Phone.

I don't plan using my Watch only to listen to music anytime soon, I love having access to all my playlists and new tracks from my phone at a good range and then control it at a distance with my watch. Quite annoying.

Anybody else has similar issues? Thanks!
