Anker 3-in-1 Cube with MagSafe blinking orange

I have the anker 3 in 1 cube which I have loved and have used with travelling for several years with zero issues. The last couple of weeks when I plug it in and put my phone in, it starts blinking orange and won't charge. Now the only way I can get it to charge my phone is to use my laptop's charging cable. I have never needed that beefy of a charging cable for the first few years.

I'd love some help becuase I travel a lot and really love the space saving ease that the device used to bring.

It sounds as if there is an issue with the Anker cube. Have you contacted Anker support?

I keyed on this sentence because it may be important to note that a "beefy" cable means that the cable has the required number of wires, and of sufficient diameter, to handle both data and power. Very thin cables may indicate lower quality or smaller diameter wires that could be more susceptible to breakage.
