iPhone 15 “Cannot Connect to App Store” Issue; Persisted after iPhone 18.4 update

I cannot connect to my App Store on Verizon LTE or home internet. The issue began once I left my house on Monday, May 5th at around 7:37 AM EST. I was in the process of downloading TikTok, until I left my house and the internet promptly went out. At first there was no mobile data (I hadn’t turned it on yet because this phone is brand new) Of course the download stopped and I was met with this message. However, when I got back home it still didn’t work, and pressing retry didn’t change a thing because I would be met with the same screen. I’ve tried every solution apple has provided on their website and I still had no luck. I’ve also tried several other strategies on the internet and nothing works. Because of this, I am unable to download anything on my phone (which is bad because it is brand new). I’m not planning on resetting or wiping my phone because I’ve already done so much work to set it up. HELPtldr: My new iPhone 15 hasn’t been able to connect to the App Store on Wi-Fi or LTE since May 5th. The issue started while downloading an app, and it hasn’t worked since. I’ve tried all Apple-recommended fixes and others online, but nothing helps. I don’t want to reset the phone since it’s already set up.
