I can get called via Facetime Audio but but any call via carrier shows briefly "user busy" on my phone and gets declined. Any ideas on how to fix this?
It's none of the usuals:
DnD is deactivated.
No Focus is active.
No Call Forwarding is active.
No spam-caller-filter installed.
Decline unknown numbers is deactived.

I found it! For everyone that has the same issue. And has also tried everything!
I have 2 sims from from my carrier for the same number. The other sim is in my router. My router declined all incoming calls! Solution was: The Carrier has to deactivate calls for the other sim. Or probably you can also change a setting in the router.
