Why is my iPhone 14 randomly restarting?
My iPhone 14 has been randomly restarting every few minutes. I have had my iPhone 14 since January 2024. In February of 2024, the back of my IPhone cracked and it had bad damage but still functioned properly with no issues at all. It did have a few tiny little cracks on the actual screen but it was ok. Yesterday, I got it repaired by someone at Verizon, who was a professional at what they do. Ever since then it had been restarting and powering off every two or so minutes. It can’t even make it past five minutes without having that issue, I can’t even complete phone calls with family or loved ones. Also, when I lightly shake my iPhone I can hear something moving around in it. I don’t know if it’s just a small shard of glass they couldn’t get out, or if it’s something loose. The replacement on the back has also had issues. You can see the edge lines of it and it does not fully fill or pop on the back of my iPhone 14. They also asked for my iPhone account password and I didn’t know what happened but I was just wondering why, and how or if I could potentially fix this.
