Unable to log out of Apple TV account and update apps on iPad

My sister used my tablet to watch apple tv and logged in as her since I don't have it. Now that she is done I can't log out in the app store for some reason. I "logout" in the store, and log back in as me, and it says it is me, but then when I try to update my apps, it says I need permission with her account. I can't find where this is happening and these are not even the same program. I can't update my apps. What is happening?

Apps need to be updated using the account that was used to install the app. Apps that you install can be updated through your account. Apps that your sister installed, must be updated using her credentials.

You can delete and reinstall ‘her’ apps to overcome this dependency.
