X app keep showing 'something went wrong' error on my iPhone 16 Max Pro

I have installed X on my iPhone 16 Max pro. X is upto date latest version.

on opening X says ‘some thing went wrong’ on screen it also shows ‘update ‘

how to solve my problem .

i have tried shutdown and restart of phone , issue is same.
