Beats Studio Buds not working properly.

I have used these headphones for about a year. Within the last week I can no longer press the button on the headphones to pause videos or play videos. Can’t double click to skip. I can hold it down and change the noise settings. I’ve reset the headphones and followed the two very basic troubleshooting tips that I found here. It hasn’t worked.


pressing the button for 15 seconds with both headphones inside the case.


what’s the deal with this? Why would they just quit doing something that they’ve been doing since the day that I purchased them?


Repairing and resetting doesn’t work.
