I can't seem to get my iPhone to sync Contacts with iCloud. I've disconnected iCloud by logging out, restarted the phone, logged back in, and nothing seems to send new contacts to the iCloud version. Other services sync (Notes), but Contacts won't.
What should I do? Any insight appreciated.

Settings>Apps>Contacts>Default Account.
Check and make sure that iCloud is the default.
If it isn't they're not syncing because you're creating them in a different account or locally.

OK that was it. It was on another account.
How do I move all into my iCloud account?
I tried merging but that isn't working.
