How can I stop strange feedback sounds on my iPhone?

Hi, my iPhone just started today to do a strange sound (like the one of kindle when switching pages) when I do some commands like exiting an app, it’s kinda annoying and it just started today. I figured it out I can remove it by disabling aptic feedback but I don’t want to get rid of the other functions. Is it a new update? How can I remove it?
