“Not your airpods pro” But you are the first owner - (Solution)

If this issue occur you can do the following, those works on mine:

IF AIRPODS NOT SHOWING ON ICLOUD.COM/FIND OR IN FIND MY APP

  1. Make sure airpods is available on icloud.com/find (if not, connect your airpods first and go to settings > bluetooth > tap (i) on the side of your airpods name > click “show in find my”).
  2. Once it is appearing in icloud.com/find try to check if the issue persist after reconnecting the airpods.

(If this did not work, check if the AirPods is connected with other peoples devices and ask them to disconnect).

IF AIRPODS ARE SHOWING ON ICLOUD.COM/FIND OR IN FIND MY APP

  1. Go to icloud.com/find > click the AirPods > remove this device.
  2. Reset your AirPods.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Reconnect the AirPods on your device.
