How can I create a shortcut to open a particular photo album in iOS 18.4?

How does one create a Shortcut to open a particular photo album in IOS 18.4? Here is what I have tried:

"Open Collection" - Opens seemingly a few static collections like "recents", you can't change the collections and can't make an album a collection.

"Find Photo" - Allows you to "find" an album, but I can't open the photos app to that album. If I pipe the album to a "show result" or something like that, it just opens photos.

It seems there was previously a "Find Album" Shortcut that would open Photos to that album, but it was removed. How can I do this now in 18.4 world?
