Is there any way to lock screen horizontally while watching YouTube on Safari

Screen turning automatically vertical and horizontal. It's so annoying. iPhone 15 / 18.4.1

You can lock screen rotation from control center.

Safari screen cut off from left side a bit When I search in iPad safari left screen cut of a bit of and you can’t read those part.. this is not a Split View.

iPad: Search bar too high in third-party apps (OS 26.3 Recently, I believe since OS 26.3, the search bar in some third party apps is almost inaccessible, as it is too high, unless I turn my iPad to landscape. This is happening on both my iPad mini and iPad Pro. I've checked the display settings, but can't find anything that might prevent this. Here's a screenshot when using the Instacart app. Can anyone suggest a fix? Thanks!
