Unable to update Apple Watch Series 9 from watchOS 11.3.1 to 11.4

I have tried multiple times over the past few weeks to upgrade my Apple Watch Series 9 from watchOS 11.3.1 to watchOS 11.4 but cannot do so either via Automatic Updates or by trying to do so manually. I have restarted both the watch and my iPhone 16 Plus, multiple times. I am stumped.

Did you already try these suggestions?

Try these steps:

Make sure that your Apple Watch is connecting properly to its charger.
Restart your Apple Watch.
Restart your paired iPhone.
Try again to update your Apple Watch.

If the update won't start:

Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
Tap General > Storage.
Delete the update file.
Try again to update your Apple Watch.
