powerbeats pro microphone does not work

I have been on the internet, on Apple support, general searches on the internet for Powerbeats Pro 1st version. I have checked the settings, made sure the firmware was updated, forgotten the device and repaired it. I think that the first version of the Powerbeats Pro are just a bunch of lemons. I have two pairs. I usually get two pairs of headphones at a time so I can still listen while the other headset is charging. I find myself talking to the other person that I am calling or calling me and they cannot hear me. I can't keep resetting my headsets all of the time! These are not worth it, not that many times. I have went to Voice Memos and it works. I have recorded video while talking and both times they are just fine. It is just when it comes to calls. This has happened on my Iphone 14 Pro Max and now I recently changed to an Iphone 16 Pro Max. I am thinking that they phased them out and made them better with the Powerbeats Pro 2 but they are too dang expensive.

I have a scheduled call with Apple Support tomorrow. I have tried too many times, I have been patient and I am tired of them. I like them just fine except for example, I had an important call and left a voicemail and my instructor did not get my voicemail. I am trying to set up an externship. You know I am tired of this problem.
