How can I extend AppleCare+ Warranty for my iPhone 14 Pro?

I'm trying to figure out how to extend my warranty on my iPhone 14 Pro, but there is no option on the website. I got to my support page and all I see is that the coverage ends in July. The support pages for this issue all say that there should be a link or some sort of instructions to follow, but there isn't. When I try to contact support about the issue, it won't give me the real person option. I called the number, but they are closed right now. This can't be this hard.

Can anyone direct me to what I need to do? I'd rather not call and just sort it myself.

Thanks.

You can renew within 45 days after your coverage ends.
