Why am I being charged twice for iCloud storage in the same month?

Subject: Duplicate iCloud Charges in the Same Month

Dear Support Team,

I am currently subscribed to the $3.49 iCloud storage plan, which, as I understand, should be billed monthly. However, I have noticed that I am being charged more than once within the same month. For instance, I was charged on May 1st, and now I am being asked to pay again.

Could you please look into this issue and help me understand why this is happening? I would appreciate your assistance in resolving the matter.

We are not Apple support, we are users trying to help each other

For the charges, have you missed a charge once? Then it can be that it asks to update your payment method but it’s not charging

Or is it really charging, then first check out to see if you can recognise the charge:

  1. To see your purchase history, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple Account to see a list of purchases.
  3. If you want to see family members' purchases, select the Apple Account button and choose a family member.
  4. To see the full receipt, including tax, tap or click the date. Multiple purchases, including subscriptions, might be grouped onto one charge.

If the charge is for a subscription that you no longer want, you can cancel the subscription. You can also view your Purchase History on your device.

If this is not working you might need to , contact Apple Support. for further support and asssistnce
