Double billing for iCloud storage

Why am I getting billed twice a month for my iCloud storage.? One is for $.99 and one is for $1.99. Yet when I look onto manage my account, it only shows a $99 charge.

You cannot be billed more than once for iCloud. The system is set up to prevent this.

What makes you think the second charge is for iCloud exactly?

If you are the Family Organizer in a Family Sharing group, then you will be charged for other members subscriptions. Check other family members devices for active iCloud subscriptions and cancel any you don't want directly on their accounts.
