I havnt used my iPad for around 6 months. Fast forward and I was trying all passwords it would have been. And managed to disable my iPad. It says connect to iTunes. My MacBook is so old I can’t update it (due to storage need) so when I plug it in it won’t pick anything up. My chrome book isn’t compatible. Is there a way I can unlock my iPad without plugging it in?

Borrow access to a Mac/PC from a friend/relative/co-worker for
the brief time required to restore your iPad.
Many public libraries offer computers for patrons to use.
Go to an Apple store or Apple authorized service provider.
Unfortunately, there is no way to recover without a computer, But your MacBook, no matter how old, should still work for iPad recovery→If you forgot your iPad passcode, use your Mac or PC to reset it - Apple Support
Note that you won't see the iPad in iTunes until you follow the instructions in the link above.
