How do I restore talagentd after terminating it when closing apps?

I was trying to close some apps to save power on my MacBook Air and I accidentally terminated talagentd. How do I get it back! It appears to be something I need if I’m correct.

How do I permanently delete CleanMyMac app from my MacBook Air? Macpaw has insinuated Clean My Mac App into my MacBook Air. I used it one month. Remove Items from Allow in Background on VENTURA I completely removed gotomeeting and goto opener from my MAC using the goto meeting manual instructions. It gave me the items to look for in /Library/LaunchAgents and /Library/LaunchDaemons as well as some /Library/Application Support/GotoMeeting and citrix and a few others. All were gone, and put in trash, and trash emptied, yet this still shows up in Allow in Background. I have from terminal searched for anything goto, g2m, citrix and it cannot find anything.

Try and restart the Mac and see if the process is coming back up again
