I am writing to seek assistance regarding an ongoing issue with Face ID on my iPhone [model, e.g., iPhone 13]. Despite following troubleshooting steps, the feature remains non-functional.

Issue Details:

  • Problem: Face ID fails to recognize my face, even after:
    • Resetting and reconfiguring Face ID multiple times.
    • Cleaning the TrueDepth camera.
    • Ensuring no obstructions (masks, glasses, etc.).
    • Updating to the latest iOS version.

Steps Taken:

  1. Reset Face ID via Settings > Face ID & Passcode.
  2. Restarted the device.
  3. Enabled/disabled "Face ID with a Mask".
