Why is my iPad Air 2 slow to load and buffer videos despite fast internet?

I used my ipad only for my yoga videos. There are no apps on there, no FB, no Instagram, no photos or videos. my ipad air 2 is on 15.8.4 version with a 128Gb and only 14GB used up. It is slow to load on all the browsers on the iPad when surfing esp on safari, it starts and stops when I am watching videos.

I have the fastest fibre optics internet speed, It is always fully charge before I start on the videos. I dont have problems with the internet on my other devices. But its always stopping and buffering on this one, which irritates me to no end esp when I am in the middle of my routine. Anyone has any solutions to this problem?

Quit the application completely then reopen it.

Go to settings select safari>clear history and website data and reopen the app.

Be mindful to bookmark pages and save open tabs as this will clear it all.

Wifi - Select your wifi connection in settings and then select the i in the circle and forget the network and reconnect by entering your wifi password again.

Try using a hotspot connection to see if the issue persists to isolate if it’s the wifi. Just because other devices work well doesn’t mean a single device can’t be isolated and affected. Sometimes it’s the connection relationship between the device and modem.

If that fails try forcing the iPad to restart holding the power button and the home button until it turns itself off and an Apple reappears. Do not slide to turn off just hold those 2 buttons.
