After upgrading to iOS 18.4.1, my iPhone 16 Pro Max facing multiple issues

After upgrading to ios 18.4.1, my iPhone 16 Pro Max started facing multiple issues like "Delayed Screen Response" when trying to type or share images/files. The other issue is "Automatic restart" when someone is speaking on the phone. And last but not the least "Unresponsive SIRI" especially when the phone is connected to the Car Multimedia System, which is very irritating because when driving one cannot touch the phone to find a contact to call, it was so convenient to just call out 'Hey Siri' and give the command to 'Siri' to call the desired contact.

I hope it is not only I who is facing this issue; nonetheless, I wish 'Apples' concerned department for 'bug fixes' is able to fix it and issue an update soon.

Did you already install the newest iOS 18.5 on your device?

A force restart after that may also help:

IOS 18.5 isn't available in my region yet. Following the tips on search engines for “Siri” seem to work for an hour or so, then it reverts back. Pretty annoying that Siri is also like this and the software is very glitchy.

Had I known this I wouldn't have upgraded from the I phone 14pro max.
