Apple Watch 1st generation timer keeps stopping randomly

I use my Apple Watch 1st generation to set timers and alarms, I use the timer on my watch 3/4 of the time, and yesterday, it automatically pauses the timer and I do not notice, therefore it ruins my schedule, I have no idea what to do

If this happens with only one timer, try to delete the timer and create a new one.

Did you try to force restart by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?

If this does not work, unpairing the watch would be the next step:
