When I open my Apple Password App on my iPad the screen opens to the page containing the last password I viewed. There is no exit or go back button to get back to my list of all passwords. Closing and reopening didn’t help, nor did shutting down and restarting myiPad. Solutions?

I found that deleting the apple password app and reinstalling it will fix the stuck page issue.

The only other suggestion I can make is to check whether your iPadOS version is up-to-date.
(NB: If updating: It is always wise to back up your iPad data first)
Eg: iPadOS 18.5 includes bug fixes and security updates for your iPad
