My 16 promax screen remain black during sometimes incoming call .I can not see or receive ,not every call ,it is intermittent .How can I solve it?

There is a proximity sensor at the top of the screen that turns off the screen when on a phone call if you hold the phone to your face (so you don’t press “buttons” with your face). If the sensor is blocked with a case, screen protector, or just under some other object that can trigger this action. So that is the first thing to check.
